Our core belief at Frontier Tubular Solutions Holdings, LLC is that we provide our customers the greatest value by offering a comprehensive service package. It is that belief that led Frontier Tubular Solutions, LLC to complete the acquisition of Permian Enterprises, LTD in 2019, expanding our capacity of inspection services, bringing our service footprint to the Permian Basin, and incorporating corrosion control capabilities into our portfolio.
Our commitment to this was again realized in 2022 by acquiring Lincoln Manufacturing, LLC for large scale coupling manufacturing and production line threading on API, Semi-Premium, and Premium connections. We are licensed by the majority of threading manufacturers in the market currently operating in the continental United States.
In 2024, we capitalized on adding production line threading capabilities of API, Semi-Premium, and Premium connections to our 86-acre Channelview facility at Frontier Tubular Solutions in Houston to advance our storage and inspection services.

Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. (LMI) serves the OCTG industry by providing total turnkey solutions for full-length pipe threading, in-house API couplings fabrication, and the manufacturing of downhole drilling and fracking accessories.
Headquartered in Magnolia TX, LMI also has manufacturing facilities strategically located in Houston TX, Tomball TX, and Strasburg OH, allowing uninterrupted service to all of North America.
