Lincoln Manufacturing was founded in June 1997 in Porter, Texas.

 Lincoln was approved for API 5CT and 5L licenses in October of 1997 for manufacturing of API casing, tubing, and line pipe couplings.

Lincoln is 100% independently owned and is not affiliated with any oil company or steel mill.

As of December 2006, Lincoln has 68 Mori-Seiki & Okuma CNC lathes and 22 Amada bandsaws between it's two Texas locations at 31209 FM 2978 Road, Magnolia, Texas—located just behind the Woodlands, Texas and 11117 Mahaffey Tomball, Texas

Lincoln of Ohio has 16 CNC machines amd 8 Amada Saws operating in Strasburg, Ohio (just below Canton, Ohio).

Lincoln Manufacturing Inc. has 45,000 sq. feet of manufacturing facilities.

Lincoln of Ohio has 33,000 sq. feet.

New in July 2005 Lincoln Manufacturing South Plant in Tomball, Texas 17000 sq. feet

The Ohio location was opened to benefit customers in the Northeast as well as in Canada--by reducing substantial freight costs.  An additional facility has been added at our Magnolia Plant for pipe threading, it has been in operation since September 2004.

Lincoln Manufacturing in Magnolia is ISO 9002 certified since February 2001 and has the ability to thread casing and tubing connections up to 45 feet long and up to 14.750” O.D.

Lincoln can also manufacture conduits, merchant couplings, drive shoes, and expansion joints.

Lincoln can saw pipes up to 22” in O.D. and offers Zinc and Manganese Phosphate plating. Lincoln has the ability to manufacture large amounts of couplings quickly and it is presently the major supplier to Maverick Tube (including Prudential Steel) and Vallourec & Mannesmann Group.  Exxon/Mobil and Weatherford are also repeat customers.

Lincoln utilizes in-house computerized programming to manufacture all of the special connections.  By integrating Global Shop MRP software in inventory control and production scheduling, Lincoln is able to monitor day-to-day operations by tracking production employees from the time they logged in until they logged out and every order from production to shipping.

The business partners have over 40 years of experience in the coupling manufacturing business and are readily available to assist with any questions or problems if they arise.
